My journey into grief and trauma support comes from personal experience, deep loss, and intentional healing. In 2025, I lost my fiancé, a Marine Corps veteran, to suicide, a moment that shattered my world and plunged me into one of the darkest seasons of my life. Earlier, during my six years as a Deputy Sheriff, I also faced the line-of-duty loss of a dear friend, experiences that gave me a firsthand understanding of grief, trauma, and the weight many carry silently.
Through extensive therapy and personal growth work, I began to rebuild my life with purpose, resilience, and hope. Today, I am committed to guiding others through their own grief and trauma journeys, offering support, understanding, and a reminder that even in life’s storms, there is light.
Fitness, bodybuilding, and time in nature became powerful tools in my own healing. I believe that movement, mindfulness, and fresh air can help release stress, grief, anger, or any emotions that linger along your path. My mission is to help you find clarity, release what’s holding you back, and reconnect with the life you deserve.
You are not alone — and healing is possible.
